Donald is the founder and shareholder of PTN. Graduated 1979 with a law degree from the University of Hong Kong, Donald built his career as a corporate and commercial lawyer for over 30 years. As a lawyer, Donald specialised in a wide range of areas, including banking & finance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, insolvency & restructuring, handling of non-performing loans and commercial litigation. Donald was the founding partner of the sizeable Hong Kong local law firm, Koo & Partners, which was founded in 1993. In 2001, he took the firm further by merging with the Hong Kong branch of a major US-based law firm as one of the largest mergers in Hong Kong’s legal history.

With his many years experience at management level in legal and financial industries, Donald is able to think strategically and strives for excellence.  He looks to employ top talent who can carry out the Company’s strategy, focuses on results and makes good decisions. He is an advocate of the concept of Boundary Spanner of Technology Collaboration.  Under Donald’s leadership, the Company is able to expand into the area of autonomous vehicle and focusing on providing enterprise solutions to clients.  Donald steers the Company business with ambition and optimism based on reality, pursue a goal with enthusiasm and instills the team to adopt the same attitude.  Thus, the Company swiftly progresses into a commercially viable business entity.
